Centennial was named a National School
of Excellence by the United States Department of Education. Students
and staff strive for excellence in academics, activities, the
arts, and service to the community. Centennial students compete
in athletics and activities in the Northwest Suburban Conference
of the Minnesota State High School League. CHS students are strong
competitors receiving honors in academics, the arts, and athletics.
CHS features a two building campus with students participating
in classroom and after school activities in both buildings. The
building on the east end of the campus is called the red building
(with door labeling beginning with D1). West of the red building
is the white building (with door labeling beginning with C1).
Other buildings on the campus include the District Office (door
labeling beginning with B1), Centennial Elementary (door labeling
beginning with A1), and the Centennial Sports Arena (door labeling
