  • Counselors help students individually and within groups to grow personally and socially.
  • Counselors support students in developing an individual plan for academic success.
  • Counselors teach students the importance of career exploration.
  • Counselors work with all students, parents and teachers to improve student achievement.
  • Counselors show students how to develop attitudes, make effective decisions, resolve conflicts, and respect others.
